利用させて頂きましたがサービスは最悪です。お2人の方が担当して下さりましたが，ぶっきらぼうな対応でまた敬語も使用されておりませんでした。証明書を渡した際も片手で乱暴に取るようでした。また、納棺の際の六文銭が割れていたのですが（不良品です、こんなことありえますか？）、それをその場で接着剤で直して棺桶に入れてました。失礼この上ありません。不良品であるにもかかわらず，正規料金を請求されました。さらに、お花を贈らせて頂きましたとおっしゃっていたので，とても感謝していたのですが，後に確認したところそのお花は請求書に記載されていたので，全くプレゼントではありませんでした。担当の方が嘘をついていました。また、こちらで予算20000円でお花の購入をお願いしたところ、27500円のお花を購入されていて、請求書に目を通さなかったら、7500円分余計に取られているところでした。普通、予算を超えたら一言伝えてくれるのが普通だと思います。奉仕料も高すぎます。ジュースを運んで頂いただけで10,000円，駐車料金もセット料金72万円に別途で10000円請求されました。これらの説明は一切、前もってお受けしておりません。　　とても嫌な思いを致しました。2度と利用致しません。

Also, when I asked for a flower purchase with a budget of 20000 yen, I was buying a flower for 27500 yen, and if I didn't read the invoice, I was getting an extra 7500 yen. Normally, if you exceed your budget, you will usually tell us a word. The service fee is too high. Just carrying the juice was 10,000 yen, and the parking fee was 720,000 yen as a set fee, and 10,000 yen was charged separately. We do not accept any of these explanations in advance. I was very disgusted. I will never use it again.
