★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 同じ広島市戸坂地区イチの人気店「キャベツ」を切り盛りされていた方が飲食店の殆ど無い戸坂東浄団地に独立開業した、宅配と近隣常連客をメインターゲットとしたお好み焼き屋。
常連客が多い事も有り、餃子などの裏メニューも多数有りとの事だが、自分の様な新規客もとても親切に接客して貰えた。
お好み焼きの麺はノーマルに加え、唐辛子麺やガーリック麺も選択可能で、焼き方も生地と野菜を重ね焼きした後、生地と野菜を一旦分けて野菜は蒸し焼きに、生地はパリパリに焼き上げるなど工夫が凝らされており、「キャベツ」と同様に熱々の鉄板とお皿どちらで食べるかを選択可能。
味の方もキャベツに勝るとも劣らない出来で、アクセスの若干不便な所に有る隠れ名店。
