毎回毎回30分以上待たされる。2番目で番号札を取っても30分以上。待たせるなら待たせるって言って欲しい。その上薬受け取りの時も一言も謝罪なし、同じ薬なのに担当が違うと説明内容も違う。信用していいのか毎回不安になる。
