腰痛改善と数々のブロガーが謳っていたので信じていましたが、アフィリエイターでした。
ステマだと発覚したため商品到着後すぐ返品したいと伝えると返品特約を記載してるからできないの一点張り。
しかし、経済産業省のガイドラインでは
・１２ポイント以上の大きさの文字で返品特約事項を記載すること
・商品購入画面において購入金額付近に返品特約事項を記載すること
と書かれています。
サイトの1番下の部分に米粒みたいな表記で「返品特約事項」が記載れておりスクロールしないと見えない表示になって、消費者を混乱させます。
基本的にインターネット通販は人々のコンプレックスに漬け込む、ステマ詐欺が横行してます。
そうしないと稼げれないからしてるのは重々承知しています。
まあ騙された消費者が悪い風潮なので企業もやりたい放題ですね

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 来店客を見ても『いらっしゃいませ』すら発しない店。それでも男性店員たちは物腰柔らかく丁寧な接客をしてくれるが、女性陣は最初から最後までシカト。高級な椅子を扱ってるワタシは高級と思っているんだろうか。これがフレンドリーな接客なら『アメリカのブランドって感じで何かイイよねー』となるが、ここはただ雰囲気の悪い高飛車な店。直営店の接客態度が最悪ならば、一生懸命に営業努力をしている正規取扱店から購入したほうが余程気持ちが良く、高い満足感が得られると思う。

If this is a friendly customer service, it would be "something good like an American brand", but this is just a high-flying shop with a bad atmosphere. If the customer service attitude of a directly managed store is the worst, I think that it is much more comfortable and highly satisfying to purchase from a regular dealer who is working hard on sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only allowing one person at a time in a business with the floor size of Herman Miller is unbelievable. Currently the only way to enter is by appointment only, which is fine and understandable in COVID-19, but the lack of staff and the unhelpful attitude is disheartening. This business needs to better learn how to serve potential customers, and become educated on omotenashi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked their website for store hours etc before heading here, arrived to find out its appt only with no mention of such on their web page. After about to leave dismayed they said I can enter the store but I would not be able to ask the staff any questions or get any help.
I really just wanted to confirm I liked the sayl chair before I ordered online so I did at least get to sit in it and confirm, it is in fact, a nice chair.
Anyways i think its a bit absurd that they can't even have a single staff member allocated to help walk ins, I understand having to limit the number of people on the floor but I saw others who were told the same thing as me, can enter but won't get any help. I find that a bit ridiculous.
