待ち時間ありすぎ。雇用保険の手続きで2時間半待たされる。さらに雇用保険の担当職員の対応が最低。隣の妊婦さんは係の人に「妊娠中だとすぐには働けないですよね!」と大きな声で言われてた。自身も乳児がいて、雇用保険説明会に後ろの席で邪魔にならないようにするから連れて行かせてほしいと伝えたら「すぐに働けるということで聞いていますけど。保育園に一時保育なり親に預けられないんですか?」と言われ引きましたね。そりゃあ、働きたいですけども…言いたいことは分かりますが、、なんて子育て世帯に冷たいんだろうと待たされた挙句のこの発言。悲しくなりました。これじゃ、少子化は進む一方だなと実感です。星も付けたくありません!!

障碍者だと旧新潟市ではここしか選択肢がないのがつらいところでしょうか…ただ障碍者だと自宅から検索が一定期間有効じゃなくてずっと可能なんですよね。 一般の方は一定期間しか有効じゃないので定期的に本所もしくはしごと館に行って手続きが必要だったと思います。 以前の場所(メディアシップやブレストンのある万代地区)では駐車違反が酷く公共交通で来るように言っても効果なく、新光町界隈を官庁街にする計画で移転していったのですが不便極まりなし。 バスだとまず市内均一ではないので追加になるし、美咲合同庁舎発着が少ない(役人通勤用に特化)しているので時間に余裕がある方は 均一料金で済ませたかったら県庁前で降りて歩く、鳥屋野線で来たら追加を払ったとして行きは出来島変電所から、帰りは網川原からがいいかと思います。 健脚だったら本川大橋を越えて行くと関屋大川前に出るのでBRTも使えます。 ちなみに移転しても駐車場満車は変わらないようなのでこの辺はツラいところですね… 本来の仕事としては、まぁ窓口の紹介する人も非正規雇用だしねとわかっているのでとやかく言わないようにしていますが、専門求人枠くらいはもっと熱心にやってもらいたいところ。 労働局に苦情を申し立てても変化なし。東京と比較して申し訳ないけど、東京の専門求人枠担当の方の方がよっぽど親身になってくれるかな…(合同説明会とかの案内は新潟より頻繁にしてくれる) なお失業認定の処理については早いほうだと思います。時間が予め割り振られているはずなんですが、余裕を持たせているようです。バス利用者にはありがたい対応ですね。 これが大企業相手のエリアとそうじゃないところのエリアの違いなのか…って感じがします。

最初に対応された若い方はイマイチでしたが(記入に間違いあり)受付や対応してくださった人は感じの良い方の方が多かったです。つい最近行った時に口元までマスクを下げてたスタッフの方がいて気になりましたが、次に出てきた時は顎までマスクを下げてブツブツ言いなが歩いていて驚きました。他の方もチラチラ気にして見ていました。別の日に行った時もそんな感じだったので来る方だけでなくスタッフさんも徹底されると良いかと思います。

電話対応の時点で数人と話しましたがそれぞれ皆酷い。まず「はい」ではなく「うん」。呆れたように「あ〜」などため口で話されます。また、そんなことも知らないのかと言われてるような態度での対応。こちらは初めての事で知らないので詳しく聞きたかったんですが、、、。中学生のようでした。他の地域のハローワークよりかなりレベルが低い。行かなければならないのがとても嫌です。

入ってすぐの受付の方の対応は良いですが、雇用保険に関わる窓口や電話対応の方の対応は酷いです。 具体的には、窓口はハローワーク内では常用しているであろう単語を説明もせず使い、挙句尋ねても「そんなことも知らないの?」というように嫌味な態度で、結局単語の説明はせず決まった流れの説明しかしないロボットです。ロボットの方が親切ですらありますね。知らない単語はその場でスマホで検索した方がいいです。 電話対応も同様で嫌味な対応を取ります。 一般企業と異なり、利用してもらう立場ではなく「お前らうちに頼らなきゃいけないんだろ?」というスタンスがこうした対応から見られます。結局ハロワではなく自分で見つけた転職先にすぐ内定決まったから一切職探しには使ってません。 普通に人材紹介会社とか頼った方がいいです。 今後はクレームを受けたら適切に改善、例えば電話も企業がやってるように録音して内容改善をした方が良いと思う。 何故こうした口コミで評価が低いか?それと向き合わないから改善しないと気付きましょう。一般企業ならこの評価はあり得ない。
