ただ、利用者が多く朝夕は混雑している場合が多いようです。
PC閲覧は台数が多いので順番待ちも稀ですが、相談窓口は基本的に順番待ちになると思ってください。
駐車場に入れず順番待ちの自動車の列ができる事もあるので、時間に制約がある場合は余裕を持って行動した方が良いでしょう（すぐ傍に市営の有料駐車場（カーパークつつじ）もあります）。
公共交通機関でのアクセスは、かこバス（加古川市コミュニティバス）市役所前で降りて徒歩５分です（バス停は郵便局の傍です）。
道向いにタクシー乗り場があり常に何台か待機しているので、タクシーの往復でも不便はないと思います。
昼食は市役所内の食堂がおススメです。

There is a taxi stand across the road, and there are always several cars waiting, so I think there is no inconvenience even if you take a taxi round trip.
For lunch, the cafeteria in the city hall is recommended.
