就職の相談窓口と雇用保険相談窓口の連携がとれていない。
就職の相談窓口で「この求人に応募すれば雇用保険受給対象になるか雇用保険の窓口に聞いてみてください。言えば分かるよ。」
と言われたので、雇用保険相談窓口に言って聞いてみたら、何言ってるか分からないと言われた。
あと、雇用保険に関する説明が分かりづらい。
プロなんだから、誰にでも分かるようにもっとトレーニングしてみては？
