 As Ashikaga, the staff are able to handle it, so I can visit the office with peace of mind, and it is wheelchair-friendly so it is convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全部だめ！説明ほとんどない！私は外国人だけど、30年同じ会社で雇用保険払って、今63才でコロナで辞めさせられて初めて雇用保険使う事になるのに、今までもらってた給与の50%一下と210日だけ‼︎ まだ、定年には一年半あるため、社会保険と年金払わないといけないので食べるお金がない！この決定の説明を聞きに行きましたけど、ちゃんと説明する人はおりません！どうすればいいかわかりません！足利ハローワークはただ、年配だからこれですよ！だけ言われまし！なんで今まで頑張ってきたのがわかりません！若い内に毎年雇用保険使えばよかった‼︎
Not all! There is almost no explanation! I feel that this staff is not working hard and it is not ❗, but is it surely a bad image of Hello Work ❔ There are various opinions whether or not you think so but bad images are other It's easy to understand when you go to Hello Work, but the terrible ❗ feeling disappears ?

職員さんの対応は、とても良いですね。
