もちもちツルツルの自家製麺と懐かしい感じの醤油味でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも東京の田舎から古い単車で奥多摩〜柳沢峠を下って番屋茶屋のほうとうと迷いながら（すんません）やって来ます
初めて食べた時は小上がりで団体が宴会してるし居酒屋かと思ったがワンタン麺を食べて驚愕 手打ちの麺が独特の食感で中心に一筋空洞があるようなfedeliniに似た唯一無二の麺でとても美味い コク深い優しい甘めのスープと黄色い皮のチャオチュールワンタン 適度な柔らかさで肉汁感があるチャーシューも大変美味しい いつもあっという間に食べ終わってしまう
それからは季節ごとに度々訪れちょっとした旅気分を味合わせて貰ってます
私にとって大事なお店 次はもう少し涼しくなったらかな
I always come from the countryside of Tokyo by an old motorcycle down the Okutama-Yanagisawa Pass and wondering about Banya Chaya (sorry).
When I ate it for the first time, I thought it was a tavern where groups were having a banquet, but I was surprised to eat wonton noodles. Very delicious with noodles. Rich and gentle sweet soup and yellow-skinned chao tulle wonton. Char siu with moderate softness and gravy is also very delicious.
Since then, I often visit each season to get a taste of a little trip.
An important store for me, I wonder if it will be a little cooler next time

ここ平和園は、自家製手打ちの麺です。
スープは、あっさりしていて、麺は、少し腰があるような感じがします。(個人的な感想)
ワンタンは？微妙です。
チャーシューが多かったのビックリしました。
美味しかったです。

Heiwaen is homemade handmade noodles.
The soup is light and the noodles feel a little chewy. (Personal impression)
Wonton? It is subtle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時々無性に食べたくなる平和園のワンタン麺を食べに来ました。
手打ち麺に肉厚のチャーシューがスープに合っていて絶妙に美味しいですね。また普通盛りのどんぶりが平和園の歴史を感じさせます。
平和園では焼き鳥も必ず頼む一品です。初めて食べる人は甘い馬モツの焼き鳥？に少々驚くかもしれませんね。
最近は餃子もお気に入りです。火力が強いのか皮はパリパリで中身は柔らかくパクパク食べれてしまいます。
今日も安定の美味しさでした。
