材料は全粒粉だったり、卵なしなどこだわっていらっしゃる感じでした。

ただババロアの容器が六角形で、かどかどのババロアが取れないのが結構気になる。丸いのがいいなあ。

週何回かはお休みで女性スタッフが切り盛りしています。
味は悪くはないですがケーキのウリがほしい。
もう一度来店したくなるような感がいまひとつです。
味は悪くはありませんがもうひと工夫ほしいですね！
