★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 『小諸ハローワーク』と『スーパー・ツルヤ』さんに挟まれた一角。
専用駐車場は在りません。国道側に『平和公園』と記されています。
雑草の繁殖しやすい時期でも、草刈りした跡が在りました。（すぐ伸びちゃうけど。）
園内には『明治天皇駐軍跡の碑』と満州事変『殉国観音像』が在り、戦争のイメージを抱いてしまいました。
入り口近くに『篤誠』と彫られた石碑が在ります。
『言遍に成』で『言ったことを成す』＝『誠』
『平和公園』とある以上、『平和の世の中』にしなければなりません。
でも『篤誠』って何？
A corner between "Komoro Hello Work" and "Super Tsuruya".
There is no private parking. It is written as "Peace Park" on the national highway side.
Even when it was easy for weeds to reproduce, there were marks of mowing. (Although it will grow soon.)
Inside the park, there is a monument to the remains of the Emperor Meiji Emperor and the Manchurian Incident, a statue of Kannon in the Martyr State, and it embraced the image of war.
There is a stone monument carved as "Atsushi" near the entrance.
"Make what you said" in "Let's make words" = "Makoto"
Since there is "Peace Park", it must be "a world of peace".
But what is "Atsushi"?

隣のバーミヤンの帰り歩いてみることに。
石段の横に、錆びた看板「平和公園」が立っています。
ここは公園だったのですね！
確かに、ブランコとシーソーはあります。
そして三角屋根のトイレ(冬季閉鎖中）も。
そして小諸＝小室節（こもろぶし）発祥の地なのだそうです。

一番奥に大きな「明治天皇御巡幸記念殉国観音像」がありました。
（明治11年９月７日、明治天皇が北陸御巡幸のため信濃路を通過）
この観音像は、戦没者および満洲開拓犠牲者の霊を祭ったものであり、平和を願ってこの公園がつくられたそうです。
寂寥感が漂う公園でした。

At the far end was the large "Emperor Meiji pilgrimage memorial martial arts Kannon statue".
(Emperor Meiji passed Shinano Road on September 7, 1891 for the Hokuriku pilgrimage)
This Kannon statue is dedicated to the spirits of the war dead and the victims of the settlement of Manchuria, and it is said that this park was created in the hope of peace.
It was a park with a feeling of loneliness.
