就職するための訓練をはじめ.人間性を高める為に過ごす場所ですね。
すごく良い勉強になりました。なにしろ『恐れ入ります。』なんて言葉が自然に出てきてしまい、職場でも、ビックリされます(笑)
職場実習の時は通勤練習から現場での体験時も、そばについていてくれて安心しました。就職後、半年間は週に１回は職場に来てくれたり、電話をくれたり、必ずコンタクトを、とってくれました。
もちろん半年後も毎月、職場には顔を、出してくれて特に３年間は職場定着支援してくれるので心配ないです。
もう１０年の付き合いになりますが転職の相談・グループホーム・ヘルパー依頼等、いろいろ相談でき、これからもお世話になるつもりです。
