平荘ダムのダムカードは、加古川工業用水道管理所で頂くことができました。
配布時間は9:00～17:30（土・日・祝祭日・年末年始は除く）とのことで、基本は平日のみ。
※権現ダムのダムカードも同じ場所で頂けるので、ダムを見てから訪問されるのをおすすめします。
The Heiso Dam is a dam that surrounds the reservoir with multiple dams, and is said to be mainly useful for supplying industrial water.
The dam card for Heiso Dam was available at the Kakogawa Industrial Waterworks Management Office.
The distribution time is from 9:00 to 17:30 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays), and basically only on weekdays.
* You can also get the dam card of Gongen Dam at the same place, so it is recommended to visit after seeing the dam.

人工湖であるもののなかなか広くて眺めはとても良く、湖畔に山が対象に映る様子はとても様になっています。
マップに記載されていた北東の道は封鎖されていたものの、その近くにあるガタガタの小道からなんとか降りることができました。
