★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バイトの先生だったのか割と適当な感じでした。一歳くらいの子どもを見てもらったのですがキッズスペースが小さすぎて子どもで満杯でした。

ですが、電話対応の女性は本当に対応が悪い。しっかり教育しなおさないといけないと思います。

このおばさんと話して毎回、予約を取るのが本当に嫌だ。
この電話番のおばさん何とかならないのかな？
この電話番のおばさんの対応さえ変われば☆5なんだけどなー

でも受付の方の話し方が冷たく電話したくないので他の歯科へ行こうと思います。
あと予約がとても取り辛いなと思います。
それだけ人気だという事かもしれませんが。
歯が痛くなる時は急なので予約がいっぱいで取れないと言われると困ってしまいます。
そんな時もこの受付の方と話さないといけなく冷たく言われるので考えてしまいます。

しかし、他の人も書き込んでいましたが、受付の女性の対応が非常にヒドイです。
予約など通院の度に必ず対応されてしまうので、非常に億劫です。
電話対応もこの方になるので電話もしたくない。
改善されれば星5にしたいところです！
この書き込みが関係者に届き、少しでも改善がされると良いなと思いクチコミに記載します。
いまのままでは他に良い歯科があれば変えようと思ってます。

子どもが転んで歯茎から血が出たから診てもらいたと電話したら「来てもらってもできることは何もないですけどいいですか？」って冷たく言われて驚きました。
院長先生も看護師さんも優しく丁寧なのでこれからも通いたいのに必ずこのおばさんを経由しなきゃいけないのが憂鬱です。
