市内国府5.北向き観音堂横の小径を観音堂裏の方へ少し進むと平福寺の本堂があり、その少し脇に大掾氏墓所がある。中央部の五輪塔が最大で高さ約1.6mあり、周り三方を十四基の五輪塔に囲まれている。大掾氏（平氏）国香（くにか）や詮国（あきくに）の説もあるが定かでない。
