飯	飯塚忍 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時間帯によってはリングを一般開放していてトレーニング器具もかなり充実しています。立ち技系に使うグローブ・ミット類やサンドバッグもあり、ラダーやロープなどもあります。ダンベルやバーベルも充実しており、チープやトレーニングジムなんかよりも設備が整っています。バーベルは200kg位ウェイトがあります。プロレス好きは勿論ですが、トレーニング好きにも堪らない環境です！！ Depending on the time of day, the ring is open to the public and the training equipment is quite substantial. There are gloves, mitts and sandbags used for standing skills, as well as ladders and ropes. There are plenty of dumbbells and barbells, and more equipment than cheap or training gyms.
