利用させて頂いている家族の方に挨拶もできないような権力の塊のような理事長さんの独裁法人では、職員さんの確保は難しいですかね。
職員さんを大切にできない法人は、人は集まらず、利用者の方がしっかりとしたケアも受けられず、誰も笑顔になれないと思いますよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老健施設側の職員のレベルが低すぎる。
利用者さんを人だと思っていないような扱いをするスタッフがちらほら。食事スペースにただ座らせて、職員が監視してるようにも見えた。
施設内は、汚物のニオイが充満していて、衛生面大丈夫なのかなと思うレベル。
基本的に施設自体が古いのもあって、病室内も暗い。ここにいたらふさぎ込んでいく気がする。
そして、スタッフ側もストライキを起こす位内部に問題を抱えているようですが、そもそも人が足りてない気がします。
デイサービス側のスタッフは多く見受けられたし、施設自体も充実しているようだったので、力の入れる先が違うんだと思います。
二度とこちらでお世話にはなりたくない場所でした。

There were many staff members on the day service side, and the facilities seemed to be well-equipped, so I think the focus was different.
I never wanted to take care of this place again.
