★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで購入したコンタクトレンズの左右が分からなくなったので問い合わせにいきました。受付で年配の女性スタッフに事情を説明すると何故か問診表？を書くように言われました。購入済みの商品の問い合わせなのになぜ？とおもいましたが言われるがままに記入。隣の眼科に行くように指示され眼科の受付に問診表を出すと、保険証を出すように言われました。流石におかしいと思いまた初めから事情を説明しすると、あー、調べればわかりますが……的な態度。正直、驚きました。初めの受付のスタッフの態度悪いですし、なんの説明もなし。とにかくこの紙に記入して眼科に行けとだけです。今で何度か購入させて頂いて良い印象のお店でしたが今後利用する事は無いと思います。

It was a good impression shop that I purchased several times now, but I don't think it will be used in the future.
