神社を下った裏には落ち着いた感じの池がありました。ほとんど人けのない素朴な池です。でも雰囲気はとても良い感じです。
The shrine was on a small mountain.
There was a calm pond behind the shrine. It is a simple pond with almost no people. But the atmosphere is very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くにある羽黒神社や洞門公園ほどは有名ではないのかもしれませんが、ここは弁天宮が鎮座されているただの池ではなく、地域の田圃に灌漑用水を供給する溜池だということが歩いてわかりました。
溜池なので、灌漑用水として池の水を放流している時期は流路工付近に落ちると危険ですし、トンネルの吸水口付近に落ちると吸い込まれてしまうので、近くにある小学校の注意を喚起する危険看板が設置されていることも理解できました。
そういう溜池を弁天池として遊覧の地にした地域のアイデアにも敬意を持って受け止めたく思いました。

Since it is a pond, it is dangerous if it falls near the channel construction when the pond water is discharged as irrigation water, and if it falls near the water inlet of the tunnel, it will be sucked in, so call attention to the nearby elementary school. I also understood that a danger sign was installed.
I wanted to take respect of the idea of the area where such a pond was used as Benten Pond for sightseeing.
