早川ベーカリーと言えば甲府の老舗洋菓子店。私が小さい頃は二階が洋食店で月に1度、こちらで頂くエビグラタンが本当に楽しみでした。
また、時々父が出席した結婚式の引き出物として早川ベーカリーのアマンドフロランタンが入っていると歓喜の声をあげたものです。ホールではなくカットされた物が販売されていたのですかさず購入。懐かしい味に舌鼓を打ちました。

ここのケーキは味や好み云々ではなく
年齢によって分かれると思います
年齢区分は43歳辺りを境に上か下か。
43歳より上にしてもノスタルジーのみなのではないでしょうか？
昔はX'masケーキにしても
【生】と【バター】があり、金持ちは当然生=生クリームでした
生クリームの上には苺がバタークリームの上には謎のゼリーやこちらのお店の様な砂糖菓子がのっていたものです。
そうした懐かしさを加えてもここの小さなケーキを食べるには物凄く濃いブラック珈琲の類いが必要だと思いました。
43歳より下の年代の方には苦行だし、１個400円平均のここのケーキよりはコンビニスイーツに軍配があがるのは致し方なしと思います。ちなみに購入したケーキはバタークリーム、フランボワーズ、ダミエでした
