平成26年6月から福祉事業所を立ち上げた、元銀行員の潮田事務長さんが対応してくれました。
目の見えない方、知的障害、精神障害、身体障害等を36名受け入れており、通常利用者は28名弱くらいです。
きららの利用者の90%を無料送迎しており、友部、八郷、石岡、小美玉方面が送迎の範囲とのことです。
売りに出た土地と建物を施設として取得して、作業については二階建ての鉄筋施設、昼食などは重厚な作りの母屋でとりますが、温かい手作り料理を調理師の方が作ってくれているそうです。
送迎無料で、温かい手作りのお昼が300円だったのを200円(R元年7月現在)で提供していると聞いて二度びっくりしました。
利用者の方が楽しそうに作業しているのが印象的でした。

We accept 36 people with blindness, intellectual disabilities, mental disorders, physical disabilities etc. Usually there are less than 28 users.
90% of Kirara's users are provided free of charge, with Tomobe, Hachigo, Ishioka, and Komitama directed as the scope of transfers.
We acquire land and building which we went for sale as facility, and work takes a two-story rebar facility, lunch, etc. are taken in solid building of a solid building, but cooks are making warm handmade dishes for us That's right.
We were surprised to hear that we were offering free, warm handmade lunch for ¥ 300 for ¥ 200 (as of July R).
It was impressive that the users were working happily.
