★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 交通事故の相手の契約していた保険が損保ジャパンで担当者がここの人間でした。
医者には治療の継続の必要があると言われていたのに、ここの人身の担当者は医者に確認もせずに一方的に打ち切りにしてきました。(弁護士から医者に確認するように言っているのに)
結局自分の保険を使い、後遺症申請をしている最中に調停をかけてきました。
最終的には治療の終了までの慰謝料を損保ジャパンが払うようになりました。
横暴な態度であったりこのような事をするので弁護士特約等を使うことをオススメします。
