★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜に公園の脇の排水溝に立小便をしている運転士を見かけ、気持ち悪いと思って苦情の電話をかけました。
電話に出た人に立小便の件を話したら「それはー気分を害すようなことをしてしまってすいませーん」などと誠意のかけらもない対応をされました。
さすがに頭にきたので、もっとしっかり謝れないんですか？と言ったら、先程と同じような口調で「大変申し訳ございませんでしたぁー」とか言い出したのでこれ以上相手にしても無駄だと思い、電話を切りました。
とても気分を害されたのでもう見たくありません。
At night, I saw a driver standing in the drainage beside the park and called a complaint because he felt uncomfortable.
When I talked about the urination to the person who answered the phone, I was treated with no sincerity, saying, “I ’m sorry to do something that makes me feel sick”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話口の人による対応の違いがありすぎる。良い人は良い。ダメな人はダメです。仕事でやっているのであれば、お客様の事を考えた対応をすべき。まるで、私的感情で、お客様を選んで対応を変えているように感じます。
もう使う事はありません。
There are too many differences in correspondence depending on the person on the phone. A good person is good. A bad person is bad. If you are doing it at work, you should consider the customer. It feels like I'm choosing a customer and changing my response with my personal feelings.
I don't use it anymore.
