When I asked the other party, the packaging was very polite, the taste was good, and I was very pleased. I also got coffee from the shop, but I got the impression that it is a shop that does a polite job in every aspect.

The inside of the store is quiet and has a fashionable atmosphere. At first glance, the owner was strong, but the customer service was a polite impression. The cup is small, but it serves at just the right temperature. The price is still high, but I think the quality is satisfactory.

It is a coffee shop that is famous in Iwate prefecture and is made with hand-woven flannel. Aged beans are for sale. We also sell classrooms and beans in various places. Many coffees are very smooth and well-balanced. The cups also come in smaller Dumitas cups, but they are served at just the right temperature and volume. It's a little expensive, but if you like coffee, why not try the aged one? Orange juice is recommended in addition to coffee, so if you are not good at coffee, we recommend this. Desserts are delicious, so I recommend ordering them with a cake set. My recommendation is Gato chocolate (chocolate cake). It goes well with coffee. It is also a good coffee shop where the interior decoration and even the tableware such as cups are very carefully taken care of. Since beans are sold next door, you can buy freshly roasted beans if you like them. There is no parking and payment is only cash. Wheelchairs are not available.

There were many reviews that I was able to drink delicious coffee, so I went in, but honestly, it's a shop that serves only bitter coffee. (Not my personal preference) I'm not bad at bitter coffee. However, coffee that is only bitter is not delicious. At the two stores, the main store and the Kawatoku store, I received a total of three types of coffee from 800 yen to 1000 yen, but if the description of the origin and variety of beans is correct, all the beans I have are good. Therefore, it seems that the potential of each coffee bean has not been fully exploited. I was also surprised at the taste that I couldn't think or feel using the extraction method called nel drip with cold water. The brewing method itself seems to be very particular (whether it leads to deliciousness or not), hold the nel drip in your hand, and extract it into a small pot with cold water. .. After that, the small pot is heated again and then poured into a cup. Usually, brewing at low temperature makes it easier to feel the sour taste, and many of the extraction methods called nel drip allow you to taste the sweetness derived from coffee oil. However, at this shop, those elements were not surprisingly felt, and the coffee tasted like a bittersweet status. I ordered a total of three types of coffee from completely different origins and varieties, but the difference between them is insignificant, and to be clear, beans are a waste. That is the impression that any beans are roasted too deeply. Is it the shop owner's preference (?)? Also, I couldn't confirm how to grind it, but is it relatively fine to guess from the taste? Besides, when I went, there were three clerk, but everyone was quiet to say the least, and unfriendly to say the worst. The atmosphere and comfort were a little uncomfortable because the atmosphere between the young male clerk and the middle-aged female clerk did not look very good. The inside of the store looked good, including the cups and BGM that you would be particular about, and the cake was delicious.
