★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アパートの管理会社が、西尾市のハタスパートナーです。
築年数が古いため、何度か修繕に来ていただきました。
普段はクチコミをしないのですが、評価の低いクチコミがありましたので、私の正直な意見を記載します。
以前の管理会社は電話しても来てもらえず・・・
台風で３回雨漏りしても直してもらえないまま、自腹で何十万円もかけて修理した経緯があります。
数年前から管理会社がハタスさんにかわり、台風で窓ガラスが外れたと電話をすれば、その日のうちに訪問して直してくれました。
他にも劣化や故障があれば、電話をした翌日には「 いつ訪問いたしましょうか？ ご希望のお日にちございますか？」と連絡をくださいます。
西尾の現場監督さんも、丁寧な対応をしてくださり本当に気持ちの良い業者でした。
せっかく西尾市にハタスさんができましたので、とても良い管理会社さんであることを私はお伝えしたいです。
電話応対のお姉さんは、親切に話を聞いてくれます。現場監督さんの説明や費用もわかりやすく、納得できました。
まさに【 責任を果たす ‼︎ 】という誠意のある企業さんだと感じました。

Nishio's on-site supervisor was also a very pleasant company who gave me a courteous response.
Hatata was established in Nishio City, so I want to tell you that he is a very good management company.
