m	m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの対応がひどい。タグの無い洋服だから、と事前説明もなく安全ピンでタグをつけられた。大切なものに穴が開いてしまったので、それに対して苦情をつけたら、店舗スタッフは謝罪もなく「本部スタッフから連絡します」とのこと。事前にどの電話番号から連絡するかを伝えられないまま、突然080から電話があった。件の本部スタッフからは「弊社として定めたクリーニングの手順に沿った対応だった」「〇〇しか補償対応できません」と一点張り。今後の社内対応に活かすような話もなかった。個人の力量に拠る部分は大きいが、・まずは謝罪をする・連絡方法を伝える・利用者が何を問題視してるのか理解する・できないことではなく、できることを説明する・今後の社内対応を説明するこんなことも出来ないのかと呆れた。また、「この汚れは水溶性だと思うから、このオプションをつけると落ちるかもしれない」と店舗スタッフから提案を受け、対応してもらったが、結局その汚れは落ちなかった。そんな程度のスタッフがいる。 Staff response is terrible.
