退去費用で騙されました。
退去時に壁紙の汚れ、畳の家具の跡など、本来なら入居者が払う必要のない費用まで請求されました。
「原状回復義務がある。国の指針で決められている。少しでも汚したらクリーニングする費用を払え。」
という内容で押し切られ、時間も無かったので支払いましたが、後になって勉強すると全く払う必要のないものでした。
普通に生活していて出来る壁紙の汚れ、家具の跡などは、回復義務は無いので支払う必要ありません。
私は勉強不足で払ってしまいましたが、これ以上被害者を増やしたくないので、レビューを残しておきます。
