★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 退去時の対応が最悪だったため最低評価に変更します。(0にしたいくらいです。)
退去費用の請求書が届かず困っていたら、急に代位弁済しますとの通知だけが届きました。
理由を聞いても請求書は送りましたの一点張り。こちらは払う意志はあり毎日ポストを確認していたが手元には来ていませんでした。
発送時の連絡などもなく、いい加減にも程があります。
入居対応の時からいい加減だなと感じる部分があったがここまで酷いと怒りがこみ上げてきます。(入居手続きの際は1週間で連絡しますと言われた後、一切エイブルからの連絡はなくこちらから連絡しました。)
電話で請求書が届いていない旨を説明しましたが、そんな言い方するならこのまま代位弁済取り下げないと脅すだけで自分達に非は全く無いという言い方でした。
オーナーには届いてるからそちらにも届いてるはずという理論は訳がわかりません。
これ以上トラブルに巻き込まれる人が出てこない事を願います。他にも選択肢はあると思うので出来る限り利用は避ける方が身のためです。

From the time I moved in, I felt that it was a little sloppy, but when I was so terrible, I got angry. (After being told that we will contact you in one week during the move-in procedure, there was no contact from Able and we contacted you from here.)
I explained that the invoice had not arrived by phone, but in that way, I just threatened not to withdraw the substitute payment as it is, and there was nothing wrong with them.
I don't understand the theory that it should reach the owner because it has reached the owner.
I hope that no one will get into trouble anymore. I think there are other options, so it is better to avoid using it as much as possible.
