★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工期守らない。職人の質が悪く何度頼んでも路上駐車をする。朝早く夜遅くまで工事する。近所の人からクレームが何度も入りました。二度と頼みません。

しかも保証内容、職人の腕のバラツキが多く値段に見合わない。知人の職人に聞いた所、数人の会社。職人の人材派遣会社の形態。現場監督不在。仕事を自分で取れない職人がこの会社に登録して仕事を貰っているとのこと。

新築の為、理想が膨れ上がった要望に対しコストを踏まえた現実的な提案をしてくれて、経験や知識が豊富と感じました。
また細かい希望にも一つ一つ答えて頂きサービス精神旺盛でした（希望が多すぎると工期に影響及ぼしますが）。
職人さん達は皆さん優しい方でした。
自由設計で生活がものすごくしやすい家に住めて満足しています。
