★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 労働時間が非常に長い会社です。シフト制で5勤1休、または6勤1休。受持ちにより違いはありますが例としてAM3時に出勤し14時に1つの仕事が終わると、15時まで休憩をとって、次の仕事が15時から20時30分くらいまで。そこから洗車をし、ガソリンを入れて終了。会社を出る頃には21時を回っています。家に帰って風呂に入って食事をし、またAM3時には会社です。これだけ長時間労働をしていても労働基準法36条(通称36協定)により問題は無いそうです。就職を検討されている方はハローワーク等で良く相談した上で判断された方が良いと思います。
It is a company with very long working hours. 5 shifts, 1 shift, 6 shifts, 1 shift. There is a difference depending on the holding, but as an example, if you work at AM3 and finish one job at 14:00, take a break until 15:00 and the next job from 15:00 to around 20:30. Then wash the car, add gasoline and finish. By the time I leave the company, I go around 21:00. I go home, take a bath, have a meal, and am a company at AM3. It seems that there is no problem according to the Labor Standards Act Article 36 (common name 36 agreement) even if you work long hours. Those who are considering employment should be judged after consulting with Hello Work.
