★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供の検診でお世話になりました。引越してきたばかりで初めてお伺いしたのですが子供好きの優しい女の先生で良かったです＾＾
問診票にもしっかり目を通してくれて心配事にも丁寧にアドバイスしてもらえてすごく安心しました。
受付のスタッフの方たちも愛想が良く子供もニコニコ楽しそうにしていました。
また何かあった時はお願いしたいと思います。ありがとうございました♪
Thank you for your child's examination. I visited for the first time since I just moved, but I'm glad that I was a gentle female teacher who loves children ^ ^
I was very relieved to read the questionnaire carefully and to give me careful advice on my concerns.

いつもお世話になっております。
漢方薬の治療を受けたいため、先月、初めて行ってきました。日本語は私の母国語でないため、緊張しておりましたが、副院長はすっごく親切な女性のお医者様で、優しいご対応をして頂き、また分かりやすい日本語でご説明を頂き、誠にありがとうございます。かなり話しやすくご丁寧なお医者様です。頂いた漢方薬を約6週間飲んできて、症状は少し良くなってきたため、やる気ができきました。とても満足です。ありがとうございます❣ 今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。

I went there for the first time last month because I wanted to receive treatment with Chinese herbs. I was nervous because Japanese is not my mother tongue, but the deputy director was a very kind female doctor who gave me a kind response and explained in easy-to-understand Japanese. Thank you very much. He is a very easy-to-speak and polite doctor. I've been taking the Chinese medicine I received for about 6 weeks, and my symptoms have improved a little, so I'm motivated. I am very satisfied. Thank you ❣ Thank you for your continued support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当は星1つも付けたくありませんが、付けないと評価がかけなかったため嫌々つけました。
子供が発熱したため電話したら、電話での診察をするため保険証をＦＡＸしてくださいと言われ、ＦＡＸをして何度も電話したが全く出ず。
子供を家に残してきていて心配なこともあり直接クリニックに伺うと受付は見た感じ暇そうでした。
こちらが来院しているのにも関わらず、見向きもせず作業をしていたため、こちらから声をかけると「なんの御用ですか？」と。
子供が発熱していること、電話をしろと言われたためしたのに全く繋がらなかったため来院したことを伝えると謝罪する気配すらまったくなく、外で問診票を書いて電話をかけてくださいと言われました。
このご時世のこともあり、感染対策面から来院されるのが困るのは100歩譲って分かるにしても、他の病院がどこも受け入れて貰えず、こっちは不安な中受診しているのに看護師と受付スタッフの対応が悪すぎて今まで行ったクリニックの中で一番最悪でした。
もう二度とこんなクリニックには行きません。
I don't really want to add a single star, but I didn't like it because I couldn't evaluate it without it.
When I called because my child had a fever, I was asked to fax my health insurance card for a medical examination by phone, and I faxed and called many times, but I didn't answer at all.
I was worried about leaving my child at home, so when I visited the clinic directly, the receptionist seemed to be free.
Even though I was visiting the hospital, I was working without looking at it, so when I asked him, "What do you want me to do?"
There was no sign of apologizing when I told him that my child had a fever and I was told to call, but I couldn't connect at all, so I was told to write a questionnaire outside and make a call. I did.
Due to this age, even if I understand that it is difficult to come to the hospital from the aspect of infection control, I can not accept it at any other hospital, and I am anxious about this, but I am nursing. The correspondence between the teacher and the reception staff was so bad that it was the worst clinic I have ever visited.
I will never go to such a clinic again.
