★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもオイル交換で利用。年会費１０００円でオイル二回無料 工賃は500円。
この度、車検を受けたが不備が多々見受けられ、引き取り時には何も説明なかったので、この評価。
部品費用は高いので、持ち込みがおすすめ。
若いお姉さん、電話口だと忘れっぽいので注意。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シャンプー洗車300円と周辺の相場並みだったが、バケツに水は入っていない。
有人でスタッフがいるのに、水洗い場にゴミは散らかっていた。
タオルは直ぐに水が吸いとれなくなるタオルを１枚しか貸してもらえず、洗車したのに水垢が残る。
こんなところでは洗車出来ないし、よく本業で車検と整備をやっといるなと言いたくなる。

As for the towel, I could only lend one towel that couldn't absorb water immediately, and even though I washed the car, water stains remained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラジオコマーシャルもやってて、大丈夫かと思って
2～3度頼んだけど、この会社は一般の車両を整備するって言うより、
業務用の車両をやるのがメインのようで、
作業についてはホント最低。
頼んだのはヨーロッパ系のディーゼル車のオイル交換で、
しばらく乗ってたら少しずつ調子が悪くなり
ディーラーで見てもらったら規格外のオイルだろうと。
確かに規格のオイルにしてもらったら直った。
あと、アンダーパネルの取り付けが悪くて
もう少しでモゲルとこだった。
高速などで外れたら大変なことになるが、
チェックは甘いようです。
あーそうそう！
友達が珍しい車をここの本社でやったらしいけど、
助手席に女もののイヤリングが落ちてたらしい。
彼女が見つけて揉めたらしいけど、
高そうなイヤリング、速攻で捨てたらしい。
きっと女性のメカニックもいるんだろーねー。
見たことないけど。
もし、大事にしている車なら、
他に頼むといいよ。
最近は値段も安くて、”信頼出来る”ショップも多いから。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドライブレコーダーの取付をお願いしたが、
・工賃が電話で確認した時と違う
・グローブボックスが破損していた
・ドライブレコーダー前だけの取付でほぼ1日かかった
とにかく酷かった。
それ以来利用していない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検を依頼、足廻り等消耗品の交換も勧められたのでお願いしました。ただ、車検後は本当に調子が悪いです。足回りの異音がずっと消えないので、違うところで診てもらうことにします。受付の方はとても印象が良かっただけにとても残念でした。メンバーになるとガソリンの割引が大きく、この近辺では結構安い方かとおもいます。

その後のフォローアップもおざなりで、責任者の白井さんの対応には憤りました。
事務の女性スタッフの方がはるかに社訓を意識しての応対をしてくれたのが救いです。
次回の車検は何処にしようかなぁ?
