M	M K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いろんな動物病院を通いましたが、獣徳会が一番親身になって、優しく、とても素敵な病院だと思いました。今ではかかりつけの病院です。先生はもちろん、そこで働いているスタッフの皆さんもとても優しくて、親切で、人間の私もここで診て貰いたいと思うほどです。 I went to various veterinary hospitals, but I thought that the Beast Rule was the most friendly, kind, and very nice hospital. z	zoe s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数名の獣医さん、数名のスタッフの皆さん、数名のトリマーの皆さんに先代犬は16年4ヶ月大変お世話になりました。そのお心遣いには大変感謝しております。言い尽くせないほどの愛犬と飼い主の心に添うケアをして頂きました。最期のときには、取り乱して電話してしまった私を心配して電話をかけ直して下さり、「最期の処置を無料でしますので、どうぞ連れていらして下さい。運転が困難なようでしたらお迎えに伺いますよ。」と、まで申し出て下さりその心遣いに大変感謝しました。数日後にはアレンジされた供花も送って下さいました。最期のときまで愛犬と飼い主の心のケアまで行き届いた病院です。かかったことはありませんが、夜間も診て下さるそうです。手術も入院もペットホテルも安心して預けることが出来ました。なので、数年後２代目愛犬も現在お世話になっております。私的にとても素晴らしい病院だと思います。 A few dogs, a few staff members, and a few trimmer dogs have been very helpful to them for 16 years and 4 months. 山	山口空 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5月30日に愛猫を亡くしました(T_T)亡くなるまであっとゆーまでした。短い期間のお付き合いとなりましたが１回１回丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。肺癌で食事が進まない柚、ご飯を小指の爪程度食べてくれたと私が喜ぶと先生も優しい笑顔で喜んでくれました。こちらの都合で病院到着が遅くなり時間外となってしまっても丁寧に時間をかけて診ていただけました。柚が亡くなり葬儀の事と感謝の電話をした時看護師の方に「柚ちゃん病院に連れてきませんか？綺麗にして棺に入れますよ」と、連れて行くとちいちゃな可愛らしい棺を用意して待っててくれました、まるで生きていた時のように優しく抱っこしてくれ柚をブラッシングして死後処理をして棺に入れて見送りをしてくれました。雨で棺が濡れないようにバスタオルをかけてくださり、棺もバスタオルも代金はいりませんよと...なんて細やかな気配り、こんなに気配りの整っている動物病院と出会った事がありません。最後の最後までしっかりと対応していただける病院です。棺を受け取る時は号泣している私の手にそっと手をのせて気を落とさないで下さいねと一緒に涙を流してくれました、車が見えなくなるまで頭を下げて見送っていただきました。今も尚号泣している毎日ですが獣徳会さんの先生、看護師さんの対応や心使いを思い出し感謝しか出てきません。柚を診ていただきありがとう御座いました。 I lost my beloved cat on May 30 (T_T).
