無知な私が言った我儘な要望を対しても柔軟に対応して頂き、メールでの返答もとても親切でした。
お部屋探し初心者の方や、条件に拘りのある方にもとてもオススメです！
Since this was my first time living alone, I had a lot of anxiety and uncertainties, but Mr. Hull Home explained such things from the beginning and helped me find a room. I'm really glad I consulted here.
I was ignorant and responded flexibly to the selfish requests I made, and the reply by e-mail was very kind.
It is highly recommended for beginners looking for a room and those who are particular about the conditions!

スケジュール的に無理があったので遅らせてもらったが、連絡した別日も認識の相違が発生し、希望の日程にならなかった。
タスク管理ができていない印象をうけた。
When I tentatively decided the move-in date for rent, it was decided before I knew it.
I was delayed because the schedule was unreasonable, but there was a difference in recognition on the other day I contacted, and the schedule was not as desired.
I got the impression that task management was not possible.

「迅速・丁寧・親身」ってワードが好きですね、レビュアーは定型文縛りのような条件でも課せられているのでしょうか。
引越しで忙しい時に今までもそれ以降もレビューしてない人が、わざわざここにレビューなんてするんですかね。
さて、本題…の方が短くなるかもしれませんが、
毎回2回聞かないと管理会社に確認取らず、契約書ですら確認しておくと言っていた箇所に対して何の連絡もなく結局書き終えてから修正となる始末。
物件について契約前に問い合わせていた分の話すら、契約が済めば後は管理会社に直接問い合わせろと。
その割に一度断っていたはずのライフラインの仲介業者には、haruhomeから話があったからと二度目の連絡をさせる。
ここに限った話ではないのですが、不動産に頼ると毎回ろくでもない対応しかないので、存在する意義があるのか甚だ疑問です。
次に引越す時は管理会社調べて、直接条件聞いて契約しようと思います。

If you don't ask twice each time, you won't get confirmation from the management company, and even the contract will be corrected after you finish writing without any contact.
If you talk about the property that you had inquired about before the contract, you should contact the management company directly after the contract is completed.
For that reason, I have the lifeline intermediary who should have refused once contact me for the second time because haruhome talked to me.
It's not limited to this, but every time I rely on real estate, there is only a poor response, so I'm wondering if it makes sense to exist.
The next time I move, I will check the management company, ask the conditions directly, and make a contract.

This is the second time for Mr. haruhome, but he always introduced me to a nice house that fits my budget, and the personality of the staff was very friendly.
In spite of the busy season of February and March, he introduced us to a wonderful house.
Also, I think that it is a real estate agent that I would like to ask if there is an opportunity next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅が狭くなってきたので、2件目の家を探していた所、たまたまネットを見て行きました。
自分自身が営業マンとして経験値がある所為か、とても不愉快な対応に大変驚きました。
1・まず名刺を渡されない。
2・ずっと女性の従業員が仏頂面で対応。
3・営業マンとして最低な言葉遣い。
名刺すらくれないと言うことは鼻っからお客さまとして見られていないと言う事です。
担当してくださった女性の方から「女の子を呼ぶ用の物件ですか？」と、余計なお世話な質問。 仮にそうだとしても、この質問を男性が女性にしたら大問題でしょうが、そんな認識が全くない。
賃貸物件の案内中もこっちが場を和ませる始末。
従業員のプロフェッショナルさは微塵もない。
そして、最終的に良い物件に出会わず、お断りをしたら、何も粘らずにありがとうございました。と、一言。
もし私だったら「今回はお客様のご希望に沿える物件を見つけることができず、大変申し訳ございませんでした。引き続き物件を探させていただきますのでよろしくお願い致します！」と、元気よく営業をかけますが、そういう教育を受けてきていないのでしょう。
LINEの登録をさせられましたが、ダメな日本語の使い方に加え、安っぽい感嘆詞の文章のメッセージが届きます。
山ほど不動産屋がある中でわざわざこのお店を選択する必要性は全くございません。
全てにおいて経験値が低すぎる店舗です。

1. First of all, I am not given a business card.
2. Female employees always respond on the top of the Buddha.
3. The worst wording as a salesman.
Not even giving me a business card means that I am not seen as a customer by my nose.
The woman in charge asked me, "Is this a property for calling girls?" Even so, it would be a big problem if a man asks a woman this question, but there is no such recognition.
This is a cleanup that softens the place even during the guidance of rental properties.
The professionalism of the employees is not insignificant.
And when I finally refused to meet a good property, thank you for not sticking to anything. One word.
If I were, "I am very sorry that I could not find a property that meets the customer's request this time. Thank you for your continued search for the property!" I'll call you, but you probably haven't received that kind of education.
I was allowed to register for LINE, but in addition to the bad usage of Japanese, I received a message with a cheesy exclamation sentence.
There is no need to choose this shop when there are tons of real estate agents.
It is a store where the experience value is too low in all.
