★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅型。訪問介護式。訪問介護員が、時間単位契約で入浴介助やオムツ交換をする。17時は夕食時間。オムツ交換の時間ではない。ひとりの入居者様が、目に涙を溜めながら、（今、便で汚れた）オムツを換えて欲しいと再三求めて来た。職員は「今それ（オムツ交換）やると食堂が回らない、やらない」と返事。その入居者様は便臭を振り撒いたままで涙を堪え、職員に介助されて夕食を摂ってた。悲劇。
Residential type. Home-visit long-term care ceremony. A home-visit caregiver provides bathing assistance and diaper exchange on an hourly basis. 17:00 is dinner time. It's not time to change diapers. A resident repeatedly asked me to change the diaper (now dirty with stool) with tears in my eyes. The staff replied, "If I do it now (diaper exchange), the cafeteria will not turn, I will not do it."
