★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知人に連れられて一度行きましたが特徴は、豚が薄切りのバラ肉では無くかなり厚切りの物です。
良くイタリアンのパスタに入っているベーコン並みの厚みで焼き肉級ですが、主役のお好み焼きと焼きそばの味は平均点です。
焼き肉級の厚切り豚は好き嫌いが別れるのでイカ入りが無難です。

豚モダン焼きを頂きました。
お好み焼き自体は美味しいのですが、女将さんが焼いてくれる間もずっとマスクをされていなかったのと、焼いている間もお客さんとおしゃべりをされているのがこのご時世的に良くないなーと思いました。
ソースが少なめなのが残念ですが、味はとても良いので普段はとても人気のあるお店です。
マスクなしな為⭐︎-2としています。
