★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 意外と(失礼！)電話対応しっかりしていて(2人とも女性)、丁寧で分かりやすかったです。お役所仕事的な感じを覚悟していたので、最近は接客対応にも力を入れているのかなと、好印象でした。
Surprisingly (excuse me!) The phone support was solid (both women), polite and easy to understand. I was prepared for the feeling of working at a government office, so I was impressed that I've been focusing on customer service lately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 色々対応がイマイチ。先日国民年金の引き落とし書類期限1ヶ月前に出しましたが、確かにこちらのせいで印鑑間違えて押して出してしまいましたが、その書類が戻ってきたのが1ヶ月半位してからきました。既に二年払いが出来なくなるみたいな感じでした。担当に電話したらそちらが悪いと女の方から言われました。

Various correspondence is not good. The other day, I issued the document for withdrawal of the national pension one month before the deadline, but I did push it out by mistake because of this, but it has been about a month and a half since the document was returned. .. It felt like I couldn't pay for two years already. When I called the person in charge, the woman told me that it was bad.
