★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは同じ甲西中央区内にありますが、大きなマンションで、自治会も中央自治会とは別に自治会が独立して存在しています。河川沿いにあって、詳しくは調べていませんが、おそらく地所も針地区の飛び地になっているのではないでしょうか？これは一度確認したいと思います。夏場にはマンション住民で裏手の広場で納涼大会なども以前はやっておられましたね。このマンションは夜間、あるいは早朝、甲西橋を渡って帰宅する頃には、全館照明がついてとてもきれいです。昔ワンコを飼っていた頃には親水公園かあるいはルモン甲西の裏手を通って一巡するのが散歩のコースでした。ちょうど今の時期、裏手にある桜並木がずいぶんきれいです。
