★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great desserts - mainly cake. Also some pasta dishes. The Manhattan Blend coffee is strong and bitter, the Organic Blend is milder with a rounder flavor. Get a window seat if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mille crepes is delicious as always but a little bit too soft, tea selection at this store is slightly different from shibuya store. I visited around 7:30pm, shops was still full of customers and I had been arranged a table near kitchen. Maybe it's close to the end of business hours and I can see very dirty floor and smell trash constantly. Bit disappoint by its environment(close to kitchen area) and cake was too soft, but green tea was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody ever complains about Harbs. Local, tourists pack the spot all the time. I enjoy the Chestnut Montblanc the most... the lattes were nice with ice cubes made from coffee so the drink won’t get diluted... Awesome experience

But the taste shows the waiting and cost are worthy.
Sweet but creamy cream easily captures the taste buds.
The space is a little bit crowded... better to come and enjoy the cake at off-peak time...

This cafe is very popular and has many branches in Tokyo area and this branch has a small queue presented when I was there. But I waited not so long here.
Various tea choice, good idea for tea break with the strawberry cake ???
Coffee is just fair, there are several choice for coffee but just fair.
Strawberry cake is highly recommended. The cake is fluffy soft. Cream layer is really soften as in Japanese say “ふわふわ” and melted in your mouth.

Initially I chose the "Queen of cakes", but staff warned that plenty of alcohol is used in this and many other cakes (except Strawberry and Marron cake I think), so I went for the strawberry cake (1,000JPY).
The "Organic Blend" was alright, but nothing extraordinary.
The staff were nice, but rules are sort of strict. The staff warned us to take off the mast ONLY when we are eating, and the seat was limited to 90mins.
There aren't that many tables and its usually full, so you can expect to wait a while before you get in.
