This is a very very very bad service HARBS that I have ever visited. I ordered a honey lemon ice tea with soda water. They serve this drink with 1 ice tea, 1 small bottle honey and a OPENED sparkling water bottle. As I know, this is not a all you can eat store, I pay for this beverage for minimum, and I cannot bring the sparkling water out. The waitress didn’t give any reason and tried to take the bottle away from my hand. The most worst is they didn’t give any apologies to customer. 3 to 4 waitress just stand there and do nothing. This was my first time to met so bad service in this country, Japan, even I have visited Japan so many times. This HARBS Ueno store is the WORST. ????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into Harbs, highly recommended by my daughter. Service friendly. Ordered cakes ? slices. The melon ? cake was very delicious.
Note: This is the most expensive meal(only dessert) I’ve had on my trip to Japan thus far ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding cake and very good coffee, but you may left un-attended for some time although it is not so busy. The waitress will intentionally turn her eyes and ignore your calls. Otherwise it is a comfortable place to spend the afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty cake. Be prepared to wait for a while for a table. We wait for 40mins for the cake that we ordered as both flavors that we chose were sold out and it took a long while until the new ones were ready. Thus, if don't have a relax schedule or indifference to take other flavor, do check at the counter to see what is currently available...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered coffee and banana cream pie.. The coffee was good but the pie was really average. I don't think putting an entire raw banana in the middle of the pie was a good idea. The banana was also not completely ripe so it spoiled the texture and taste of the pie.. The crust of the pie was also a bit towards overcooked side which added a bitterness to it.
Good presentation though.
