★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理会社がこちらに変更になりました。各種契約内容の確認と変更をするために電話にて問い合わせをしましたが、担当者から折り返すと言われたまま音沙汰なし。もう一度問い合わせても同じ状況。HPの問い合わせから連絡を入れると担当者とは別の方？から電話があり週明けから書類を作成すると言われた。その後2週間経つが書類は届かず、HP経由で問い合わせを入れるも音沙汰なし。そもそもメールアドレスがないため連絡をするのがとてもめんどくさい。なぜこの管理会社に変わったのかわかりませんが、とても残念でした。
[2022追記] 既に退去済みです。この件の後速やかに対応いただきました。退去時の対応も滞りなく行なって頂きました。
 The management company has changed to here. I made an inquiry over the phone to confirm and change the contents of various contracts, but there was no sound as the person in charge told me to return. The same situation even if you inquire again. Is it different from the person in charge when contacting from the inquiry of HP? I received a phone call from and was told that I would prepare the documents from the beginning of the week. Two weeks have passed since then, but the documents did not arrive, and I made an inquiry via HP, but there was no sound. It's very annoying to contact you because you don't have an email address in the first place. I don't know why I changed to this management company, but I was very disappointed.
[2022 postscript] You have already moved out. We received prompt action after this matter. We also responded without delay when moving out.
