★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、文鳥のことで通院しておりました。定期検診に行ったときにお腹に卵があり、卵が詰まる恐れがあるので早急に手術をと言われました。成功確率は99.9%なので安心してくださいと。手術をお願いすることに決めて、手術を終了の連絡が来たので我が子を迎えにいくと、変わり果てた我が子の姿がありました。最大3本しか打てない陣痛促進剤を4本うち麻酔中になくなったそくです。こちらには一言も相談もなく。あんなに自信満々で成功しますと言っていたのに。悔しいです。我が子をかえしてください。亡くなった我が子は、注射器が入っていたであろう空箱に入れられてこちらへ帰ってきました。今でも忘れられません。後悔しています。絶対に任せてはいけない先生です。

日曜に急に具合が悪くなってしまい、かかりつけの病院まで行けなかったのでこちらを受診しました。
事前に病院の口コミを見て先生が癖のある方だと知った上で行ったのですが、とにかく上からガンガンものを言う先生でした。私は以前に県外の動物病院で働いていてうさぎの知識はあるのですが、そのことも多頭飼いしている事も伏せて、先生の質問に淡々と答えました。
スタッフさん達は先生に萎縮していて疲れているような印象でした。それがかつての自分と重なり、悲しい気持ちになりました。
うさぎは病院から帰宅後すぐに元気になったので、治療していただいたことは感謝しています。
ただ、太っていると言われたことは心外でした。言い方も酷かったです。
私は一度受診してみて、次は無いなと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初代のハムスターから9匹、今はmix犬を診てもらっています。ハムスターを診れると謳っている病院も何件か行きましたが、実際は治療の出来ない病院ばかり。腫瘍のある子の手術や複雑骨折をした子を今まで見てもらい厳しいことも言われました。でも間違ったことは言われたことはありません。
ハムスターに関してケージの重要性やエサの種類、病気の状況等気になる事はちゃんと答えてもらえます。
犬に関しても質問すれば答えてもらえるし、別の子の通院で行っても心配してくれる先生です。
動物に関してとても優しくきちんとその子の性格や状況に応じて対応してくれます。
飼い主に対しては基本塩対応ですが、学ぼうとする飼い主に対してはキチンと教えてくれます。動物は話すことが出来ないのに飼い主が(悪くいえば)中途半端な気持ちで飼っていると叱られます。言い方もキツいと思います。いい事も悪いことも聞きたくないようなこともハッキリ言ってくれます。
それだけ動物に対して真摯に向き合っているということです。
悪い口コミもあるけれど、我が家はこの先生以外にうちの子達を診てもらう気はありません。
時折見せる動物に対する笑顔がとても素敵です。
飼い主にダメ出しをするのも動物の事を考えての事だし、動物を診療する場所であり動物の為だけに動く飼い主にあまり優しくない辛口な先生が我が家は好きです。

口コミを見ていたので、どんなに怖い先生かと緊張して行きましたが、全く怖くなく、むしろ優しかったと思います。
結局亡くなってしまいましたが、ギリギリまで注射をしてくれたり一生懸命にしてくれたと思います。
でも、診察室で先生がいない時に、小さなプラケースに入れられた弱ってるハムスターを手で温めたくて立ち上がると、看護師さんは無表情で席に座って下さいの一点張りで、心があるの？と思いました。コロナが不安かもしれませんがプラケースの中で辛そうにしている姿を見ているだけの飼い主の身にもなってほしいです。マスクに消毒もワクチンもしてますから‼︎
あと、受付さんは帰りに優しく声をかけてくださってありがたかったです。
先生と受付さんは良かったですが、あの看護師さんがいると思うと…足が遠のきます。

不安点に関しても獣医師さんが電話で代わって話してくれたり、診察時も忙しそうで聞きづらいですが、質問するとちゃんと答えてくれます。
ただ、スタッフ数が少ないため電話がなかなか繋がらなかったり対応が冷たかったりします。電話もガチャっと切られることも多いです。
こんなに人気な病院なのでもう少しスタッフを増やせばいいのにと思います。
電話も10分くらいかけても出てくれません。
スタッフが最近さらに少なくなったからかなと思いますが、電話をずっと後回しにされると不便です…
待ち時間も多いため、時間に余裕のある方でないと通院は厳しめと感じます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日うさぎの卵巣子宮摘出手術でお世話になりました。その節は本当にありがとうございました。術後も食欲が落ちることなく、順調に抜糸まで終わりました。
受付の方は少し表情が堅いところはありますが、親切で言葉遣いも丁寧、薬の説明もしっかりしてくださいました。先生も少しクセ強めですが笑、悪い印象はありません。動物にも優しい先生です。
手術費用は46,200円、抜糸で550円でした。
駐車場と、近くにバス停もありアクセスも良かったです。
ただ他の方も書かれている通りかなり待ち時間が長いです。2時間以上かかったりするのでお気をつけください。
また何かあればお世話になりたいです。
