★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてでも、案内.挨拶は有りません。(^^)も、おしゃべりも此方から振らない限りは有りません。「ありがとうございました」は有りますが、声が小さくて近く出ないと聞こえ無いかも知れません。
私は、カットは要望どおりして頂けましたが、シャンプーはｲﾏｲﾁと言う感じでした。
予約表に名前を書いて待つ、と言う形式です。
次回利用出来る割引券（￥300×2枚）が貰えます。
Even for the first time, there is no guidance. There is no (^^) or chat unless you shake from here. There is a "Thank you" message, but you may not be able to hear it unless your voice is close enough to speak.
I had the cut done as requested, but the shampoo was like imaichi.

先日初めて対応した女性スタッフは後頭部バリカン使用の際、まだらにカットされた。謝罪もなく家に帰って気づきショック！
技術や接客も良いスタッフもいるだけに残念です。
Male staff is unfriendly. The finish is good as it is. Let's say at least the greeting clearly.
The female staff who responded for the first time the other day were cut into mottle when using the back hair clipper. I am not aware of my apology and I am home and shocked!
It's a shame that we have good staff, good service and good staff.

きつい言い方をされて怖かった。ドライヤーの時も雑で頭をかなり動かされた。笑顔もないためカットされていて気分が悪くなる。
もう2度とこの美容室を利用しません。
The attitude of the beautician is the worst.
I was scared to say it tightly. Even when I was using the hair dryer, I was sloppy and moved my head considerably. I don't have a smile, so I feel sick because it's cut.
I will never use this beauty salon again.
