カードは2種類あるようで、南相馬市民はミューズカード(詳細は添付写真を参照)、南相馬市民以外ははるばるカードとなるようです。はるばるカードの特徴としては、ポイントは付きませんが表示価格より、さらに2円引きの特典があります。
In Minamisoma City and Haramachi Ward, I think it is a good gas station that offers fuel at the lowest price range.
There seem to be two kinds of cards, Minamisoma citizens will be Muse cards (see attached photo for details), and all but Minamisoma citizens will be cards. As for the characteristics of the Harubaru card, there are no points, but there is a bonus of 2 yen discount from the displayed price.
