★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地下にあります。町田ターミナル駐輪場のほうが行きは上りで急な坂ではないし、ミーナと直結しているので便利なのですが、そちらが満車だったり中央図書館に行きたいときはこちらを利用しています。駐輪場で手渡される専用用紙に、図書館で押印してもらえば無料になるのでありがたいです。
おじさんの対応がピンキリなのはターミナルと似たようなものです。
 It's in the basement. The Machida Terminal bicycle parking lot is convenient because it is not a steep slope and is directly connected to Mina, but I use this when it is full or when I want to go to the Central Library. I would appreciate it if you could have the library stamp the special paper handed to you at the bicycle parking lot for free.
The uncle's response is similar to that of a terminal.
