す	すてあか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 退去時に壁の日焼けを理由に張替代を請求されました。日焼けは入居者負担ではない旨を伝えても、なぜか1面の費用だけ取り下げるということにされて、しかもどう考えても経年劣化を計算に入れていない金額でした。そのことを話してもすでに考慮されていると頑として譲られず、このまま退去費用のサインをしなければ延期分の日割りの家賃を請求すると半ば脅されたような形でサインをさせられました。当時は知識に自信がなくおかしいと思っておりましたが、後で調べたらやはり通常支払わなくてよい部分だったはずなので、入居中、入居される方は十分注意された方がいいです。 When I moved out, I was charged a replacement fee because of the sunburn on the wall.
