★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 保険についてはまったく無知だったので、ゆっくり1から教えてもらえて助かりました。転勤が多くて、いろんなところに店舗があって連携してくれるのも凄いいいとこだと思います。時間があるときに生命保険なども確認したいとおもいました。
 I was completely ignorant about insurance, so it was helpful to be taught slowly from the beginning. I think it's a great cousin that there are many transfers and there are stores in various places to cooperate with each other. I also wanted to check life insurance when I had time.

担当の方も知識豊富でたいていの質問には迅速に答えて頂けます。
保険のメリットデメリットをありのままお伝え頂けたので冷静な目で商品を選ぶことが出来ました。
駅に近いので当然アクセスは良く、毎回ドリンクを出してくれるので嬉しかったです。
契約後のアフターケアも素晴らしく、「何かあったらここに来よう」そう思える店舗です。とにかくオススメです、ミーナ町田店！

It's close to the station, so it's easy to access, and I'm glad that they serve drinks every time.
The aftercare after the contract is also wonderful, and it is a store that makes you think "let's come here if something goes wrong". Anyway, I recommend it, Mina Machida store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで加入していた保険の保険料が周りに高すぎと言われ見直そうと思い、初めてほけんの窓口に行きました。数回にかけて丁寧に説明して頂き、料金も内容もしっくりする保険に加入する事が出来ました。保険を見直さなかったから年齢が上がるにつれ、自動的に保険料が上がる仕組みになってた事にやっと気づけ、早目に見直す事が出来て、本当に良かったと思います。何よりも窓口の方の人柄が良く知識も豊富だったので、いつも安心してお話を聞けました。ありがとうございました。
I went to the Hoken no Madoguchi for the first time because I was told that the insurance premiums I had taken up until now were too high and I wanted to review them. I was able to take out insurance that was nice in terms of price and content after being explained carefully over several times. I didn't review the insurance, so I finally realized that the insurance premiums would increase automatically as I got older, and I was able to review it early, which is really good.
