While it may lack in uniqueness because it is a chain restaurant, it does make up for it with consistency.
Reservations recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very delicious food, worth 5 stars. Not so touristy and well priced. IMHO, better than other yakiniku-style restaurant. It is worth solid 5 star. Try the Sirloin, it was an epic!

Service - I am not sure how they came to the solution that they were racist? I was greeted by the manager in a very welcoming gesture in English as well, the staff who served us spoke good English and we had a great chat.
We ordered the 8500 yen course, I have to say it was one of the best beef I have tasted in Japan, it is a bit pricey but totally worth it!
I couldn’t really fault the place, I would highly recommend it!
