★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日全身テルミーを受けました。温熱療法というもので 血流やリンパの流れを良くするとの事でした。昔のお灸のような感じで身体の芯から暖まる事が出来ました。温泉に浸かったような温もりがずっと続きました。先生からもテルミーについて詳しく説明して頂きました。お灸をしながらマッサージもできるという感じでした。また 利用したいです。

頭や顔までしてもらえた事もびっくりです。
全身にすることで身体の『気』の巡りが良くなって体調もあがるそうです。

温熱療法は、心地よい温もりだったのでウトウトしてしまいました。
