薬局内は明るく綺麗で受付の方の印象も良く、薬剤師さんは優しく笑顔で対応してくださいます。ただ、営業中に行ったにも関わらず「薬剤師が配達で出掛けていて連絡が取れないので、今処方できません。2時間後には帰ってきていると思います」と言われました。一般的にどういうシステムで配達を行うのか分かりませんが、その時は「薬剤師1人体制の時間に2時間も薬局を離れる」ということに驚きました。処方箋を受け付けてはもらえましたが、薬剤師さんが帰って来ない限り処方は受けられないため「戻ってきたら電話をします」と言われたので了承しました。 2時間は待てないため帰宅することにして、40分前後立って帰宅とほぼ同時に「処方が終わりました」と連絡が入りました。数回利用していますが、毎回薬剤師さんは「その後お加減どうですか？」と形式的な問いかけにもキチンと気持ちをのせてたずねてくださる良い方です。ですが、単純に「」内に疑問符がついてしまい、また悪いタイミングで処方箋を持って行ってしまうこともあるのかな、と再度の利用を躊躇います。配達中で処方が受けられない、というのは、一時的に営業していないのと同じでは無いでしょうか。わかりやすくプレートを掲示してくださるなど、対応をしていただけたらな、と思います。
